Reception Area Staff
The reception area staff is qualified to answer most student/parent questions. We are located at 115 Student Services Building in Circle Park. When visiting our office, we ask students to allow our Reception Area Personnel to assist them with:
- General Inquiry / Questions
- Current Financial Aid Status
- All Applications (Pick up / Delivery)
- Appeal Forms
- Federal Work Study
Scholarship Staff
Our scholarship staff is available to discuss:
- Availability of Scholarships
- Specific Scholarship Qualifications
Counseling Staff
If the student needs additional, more specific and confidential assistance, our counseling staff is glad to assist them. We recommend scheduling an appointment to speak with the counselor. Examples of issues requiring a counseling appointment include:
- Budget Concerns
- Quality Assurance
- Dependency Status Appeals
- FAFSA Questions
- Special Family Circumstances
Students are assigned to counselors alphabetically by their last name. Other counseling assignments are program-specific. Our current assignments are listed below. Each counselor can be reached by calling 865-974-3131.
