Students may receive financial aid for a study abroad program if they meet the following conditions:
- The program is recognized by The University of Tennessee. Find programs using the Programs Abroad Office's Program Finder.
- The credits earned while abroad are eligible to be transferred back to The University of Tennessee and will count toward your degree program.
- You complete the Study Abroad Financial Aid forms packet available in the Programs Abroad Office.
- You are registered in the Study Abroad Course through the Programs Abroad Office
Students studying abroad may use most scholarship funds for Study Abroad program fees; additionally, there are a few scholarships specifically available for Study Abroad programs.
